Stonewall Speaker Request

Thank you for taking an interest in Stonewall’s campaigns. The following form can be used to invite a Stonewall representative to attend your upcoming event in England.

Before submitting your request, please take time to read the following information and describe the event you would like us to attend. Someone from Stonewall will contact you within five working days to discuss how we can best meet your needs.

STONEWALL SPEAKER REQUEST FORM

Stonewall representatives can speak on a variety of subjects, typically for up to half an hour, followed by a ‘questions and answers’ session.

Examples of speaking requests include:

• Delivering a keynote address at a conference
• Sitting on a panel or taking part in a question & answer session at a seminar
• Presenting Stonewall research to an audience

 For any other type of event for which you may require a Stonewall representative, please contact Joe Wong on 020 7593 2291 or joe.wong@stonewall.org.uk to discuss alternative arrangements.

Stonewall is a charity entirely reliant upon our own fundraising. Therefore, we ask that you cover all costs to Stonewall incurred by the speaking engagement. In special circumstances, we are happy to discuss this in more detail. The standard rates for speakers are:

  
VAT is chargeable on all fees at the standard rate.

For events taking place outside the Greater London area, speakers require reimbursement of travel expenses for return travel to central London. For events taking place inside the Greater London area, speakers may, if necessary, require reimbursement of taxi fares for return travel to central London.

For events requiring travel outside the Greater London area, accommodation expenses are required only when:
• Attendance requires departure from central London before 8:30 a.m.
• Attendance means returning to central London after 7.30 p.m.
