Masterclasses

Masterclasses were designed as a half-day training sessions for HR professionals, focusing on issues around sexual orientation in the workplace. The programme was funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government and we delivered 52 Masterclasses, reaching employers from Penzance to Norwich and from Brighton to Carlisle.

There were two types of Masterclasses: the core class provided basic information on the regulations and ways of addressing them in the context of the workplace.  The accelerated class included a further session on the perceived tensions between sexual orientation and religion and belief.
