Jo's particular expertise is in coaching and group facilitation, specialising in working with high potential individuals and senior teams who are experiencing, or want to instigate, change. She creates space and time for clients to do good quality thinking about the issues that matter. This approach stimulates new and often unexpected ways of moving forward. Jo is the lead facilitator on Stonewall's Authenticity in Leadership programme. She was previously Head of Learning for the National Theatre. Laura Doughty Laura is Stonewall's Director of Fundraising and Communications. She has led significant income growth including the record breaking £320,000 raised at the Equality Dinner in 2008, the creation of the Stonewall Awards and fundraising walks, as well as major corporate sponsorships. Her specialities include strategic marketing and communications. Laura started her career in media sales with The Guardian and Observer newspapers and was National Sales Director for Viacom Outdoor. Laura also volunteers as a mentor for disadvantaged young people. Ruth Hunt Ruth is Stonewall's Head of Policy and has led our ground-breaking research and developed innovative policy, including productivity in the workplace, lesbian health, crime and education. She has particular expertise in enabling decision makers to understand the policy implications of sexual orientation, including developing single equality schemes and equality in service delivery. Ruth is a skilled trainer in good diversity practices, awareness raising and as a key note speaker. Vince Neil Vince has a background in sales and market development in the communications and information technology sector and runs his own internet sales business. He was previously Sales and Programme Director with BT. Vince's work in equality and diversity includes the design of mentoring and coaching programmes as well as one-to-one work and the delivery of training and awareness raising campaigns. His particular expertise is in the personal development of individuals. Mark Palmer-Edgecumbe Mark has a background in HRM, including reward management and diversity having held the post of Global Head of Diversity at Barclays Group where he was responsible for devising and delivering a business-wide diversity strategy. Prior to working in the City, Mark also worked in television as a journalist and has a particular interest in the museum sector as Chair of the Docklands Museum and a Governor of the Museum of London. David Shields David is Stonewall's Director of Workplace Programmes and has led the growth of the Diversity Champions programme, the design of the Workplace Equality Index (WEI) and the development of innovative practice in equality and diversity. He has a background in HRM and leadership development, having held Director posts in the NHS and consultancy. His particular interests lie in strategy development and the contribution of diversity practices in creating positive workplace cultures. Ben Summerskill Ben is Stonewall's Chief Executive and has successfully led our parliamentary campaigns, as well as a period of organisational growth for Stonewall across workplace, education and our supporter's base. He is a much sought after inspirational key note speaker for his ability to engage a range of audiences, including working with top teams. Ben has a background in journalism and was Assistant Editor of the Observer. Since 2006 he has been a Commissioner at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and in 2009 received an OBE for services to equality and diversity. Marc Watton Marc has a background in banking having worked as an analyst in the bond market for the French bank BNP Paribas. His skills lie primarily in research, analysis and the presentation of information to inform and influence decision makers. In consulting terms this translates to the diagnosis of equality and diversity issues for organisations through strategic analysis and research and the delivery of training and education programmes. Our fees range from £500 to £1,000 per day depending on the nature of the work and the Consultant required. All consulting work includes a discussion with the client in order to define your needs and the submission of a consulting proposal setting out what is to be delivered, the outcomes and the detail of who will deliver this, including the number of days and cost entailed to be agreed with the client in advance.
