Senedd election 2021 - party manifestos

The Senedd election took place on 6th May 2021. For the election, each of the main political parties published their manifestos, which tell us what they want to get done over the next Senedd term.

Prior to the election we highlighted the relevant sections in the major party’s manifestos below.

Look at the policies of the parties and have your say in the Senedd election. We’ve written our own manifesto, which highlights what we think parties should commit to in order to improve the lives of LGBT+ people.  We've outlined areas of LGBT+ equality that we want parties to commit to here. Thank you to everyone who has been encouraging their candidates to commit to LGBT+ equality. Whatever your priorities are this election, take a look at the commitments parties are making to LGBT+ equality. Find out who your local candidates are and ask them where they stand on LGBT equality. Share what is important to you in this election using the hashtag #CymruComeOutVoting
