Complaints against the court service

If you feel that you have been discriminated against in Court due to your sexual orientation or gender identity in respect of the way administrative staff dealt with your case you will need to contact the court directly.

If you wish to appeal a sentence you have been given because you feel that you have been discriminated against you will need to contact a solicitor. You will need to appeal within 21 days of sentencing.
