CYPS Champions Webinar

Putting LGBTQ+ children and young people at the heart of services

Join Stonewall and other Children and Young People's Services (CYPS) Champions this coming LGBT History Month to learn some of the best ways to involve LGBTQ+ children and young people in decision-making and service design and delivery.

The CYPS webinar will take place on Thursday 3 February 2022 from 10:00-13:15, and is open to Stonewall CYPS Champions members only. We’ll be bringing together projects and good practice in LGBTQ+ youth engagement in children and young people’s service organisations and MATs from across the UK.

We’ll be joined by Dr Lucy Jones who will be speaking about working with young people to design an LGBT+ Youth Manifesto. Plus, the Youth Engagement & Progression Officer at Rhondda Cynon Taf will share a video and research presentation about what matters most to LGBTQ+ young people when working with services and authorities.

Join us for this free, members’ only webinar and network with colleagues across Britain to discuss good practice in supporting LGBTQ+ children and young people.
