A website created by young people, for young people! Find resources, tips and opportunities, and hear from young influencers about their own journeys into work and how they overcame their challenges. There are also some great tips on job applications, CVs and interviews!
The Prince’s Trust, build your confidence and get a job
Sign-up to a Prince’s Trust programme to develop your skills and boost your confidence. You can also get to know an industry and gain experience with access to free courses.
The Prince’s Trust, support for starting a business
The Prince’s Trust has helped over 86,000 young people to start their own business – and you could be next. If you’re aged 18-30, take a look at the free enterprise resources and sign-up for support.
Barnardo’s Employment, Training and Skills
Barnardo’s offers a range of pre-vocational and vocational courses including Apprenticeships through its delivery sites across England and Scotland. All courses are individually tailored to the needs of the individual and offer additional personal support to enable every young person to reach their full potential.
Young Women’s Trust
Young Women’s Trust offers support to young women aged 18 to 30, who are living on low or no pay and want to build a better future. The service welcomes all young women, including trans women. If you identify as non-binary and are comfortable being supported by a women’s service, they are happy to help you. You can get free 1:1 coaching over the phone and personalised feedback on CVs, cover letters or job applications on their website.
Talent Rise
If you’ve been struggling, Talent RISE can help you on your journey into work. Reach out to Talent RISE and you can get support with your CV, interviews, mentoring and coaching, as well as access to job, apprenticeship and work experience opportunities.
